We have been shortlisted for the Tech & Innovation Award – Best Use of Technology for Customer Experience – Motor.
This award recognises UK insurance companies, FCA-regulated brokerages, MGAs and third party providers embracing new technology to make a real difference to their customers’ experiences.
The shortlist comes after the successful eTrade project where the two companies collaborated in creating ERS’ first digital eTrade platform to allow brokers to quote and bind policies in under a minute, eradicating manual processes and enhancing customer experience across the value chain.
