Although software development has traditionally been male dominated, at ICE we work hard to advertise our roles to both men and women, and we also have a Women’s Focus group within the business, to help ensure all of our working practices work for everyone. 17% of our developers are female, which is slightly above the 13% of computing graduates who are female.

Graduate Programme

ICE InsureTech run a successful graduate recruitment process every year and we accept applications from February onwards, for jobs starting in the October.

We offer fantastic graduate training and mentoring opportunities supporting our graduates as they develop their own skillset and progress within ICE.

Flexible/Office working

Excellent, bright office in Camberley with easy access by train/car, and many nearby shops. We also have a hybrid working from home policy.

Staff Support

As well as our regular social events, we know how important staff feedback is to make change and implement new things at ICE. This is why we have our Staff Council – their role is to give everyone a route to provide constructive, supported and relevant feedback on the future of the job role, the company and anything in between that affects the day to day working life.

We also have an ICE Wellbeing team who support wellbeing in the company in any way they can, including providing resources on external support.
