How were ICE selected?
Provident were keen to review ICE’s functionality, capability and the feasibility of using their platforms.
After an extensive vendor selection process with a number of sales stages, ICE was selected to be Provident’s transformation partner.
It was an enjoyable sales experience, cementing a strong partnership between both parties and an open working relationship.
Next Steps
The teams will be working closely together in launching Provident on ICE Policy and ICE Claims. The ICE team have already been over to Provident’s headquarters’ in New Zealand to kick off their discovery and get the implementations rolling.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for ICE to build their presence in a new territory and to enter the New Zealand Insurance market.
