The Challenge

RSA set strong business objectives to transition its Home Insurance Product off their legacy mainframe systems. The ICE platform was selected to:

  • Revolutionise their customer portal through self-serve
  • Integrate easily with their IT ecosystem and leverage ICE’s eco-partners
  • Enable better security, availability and resilience

The Solution

To deliver in this rapid timescale, the parties had to be agile with RSA adhering to out of the box wherever possible. Both teams had to work rapidly and collaboratively but with no compromise on quality. ICE is well versed in rapid implementations, but the nature of a Tier 1 implementation meant the scale of the project at such pace was new to both parties. However, both RSA and ICE were ready to be agile and accommodating to make this process seamless and a smooth delivery for all.
