We’ve launched a new case study highlighting how the Acorn Group have partnered with ICE to support their growth strategy.
Acorn Group, the leading UK non-standard insurer, wanted to embark on a transformative journey to support its growth strategy as they scale as a business. ICE is always ready to take on a challenge and they initially launched Acorn’s Motorcade product on ICE Policy to test the platform’s maturity and flexibility.
Following its success, they independently rolled out an additional 13 products across multiple brands with minimal reliance on ICE. The platform has remained robust and adaptable, supporting Acorn as they continue to scale their business.
Key project achievements include:
✅ 14% increase in staff productivity through automation
✅ Over 55% of customers using the self-service portal
✅ 1.8 million quotes processed daily
