We are honoured to be a Celent Model Insurer following our transformation project with ICE. Transformation
The AA
The AA’s Insurer business achieved major legacy transformation with their ICE Insurance Suite implementation. Delivered in nine-months, including a full “big bang” migration.
The AA’s Insurance business achieved its claims efficiency objectives for the first time, including a smooth end-to-end customer journey and a reduction to claims costs.
The AA went onto create a new Accident Management division that benefits ICE Claims.
