2022 – Building on our success and growth

ICE InsureTech achieved phenomenal success in 2021. As we enter the new year, ICE will continue its strong growth with new client implementations set to go live throughout 2022.

The last two years have been different for us all and changed the way we work together. Despite such challenges, we have achieved great success as a team and would like to share our appreciation to our clients, partners and staff.

ICE InsureTech’s year in review – Our Company highlights include:

• ICE Policy was awarded the XCelent Advanced Technology 2021 Award

This was the first time our flexible ICE Policy solution has been awarded the XCelent Technology Award, and we are delighted to receive this recognition from Celent

• ICE Claims was awarded the XCelent Advanced Technology 2021 Award for a third time in succession

This was a significant achievement for us, our third consecutive XCelent Technology Award for ICE Claims, recognising ICE Claims as one of the top Technology Claims solutions in EMEA.

• AA Underwriting won the Celent Model Insurer Award

AA Underwriting, was the winner in the Legacy and Ecosystem Transformation category, following the successful ICE Insurance Suite implementation – ICE’s second client to receive this award.

• John Lewis & Partners launched with ICE Policy as part of their modern home insurance partnership

ICE Policy delivers full end-to-end policy management to John Lewis & Partners for their flexible home insurance offering –a successful implementation achieved remotely.

• MCE Insurance launched with ICE Policy to support their move to full AI Underwriting

ICE Policy empowers MCE with the ability to develop AI and auto-machine learning within the business. A further successful implementation achieved remotely.

• Tech & Innovation Awards Finalist 2021 – ICE & ERS

ICE InsureTech & our client ERS were shortlisted for the Tech & Innovation Award – Best Use of Technology for Customer Experience – Motor Award following our successful eTrade project.

Looking back, we are proud of the successful remote implementations our teams have delivered and the significant industry recognition we have received – showcasing our proven technology.
